GamesIndustry.biz 20th Anniversary Party in pictures

Your favourite trade media publication took over Brighton pier last week to celebrate two decades in the business

GamesIndustry.biz is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and the highlight (so far) has been our special anniversary party in Brighton.

Taking place alongside Develop:Brighton last week, the event was held at Horatio's Bar on the city's famous pleasure pier, with hundreds of developers and industry professionals joining us for the evening.

There were video games from 2002 (yes, TimeSplitters is still great), music from 2002 (remember when music was good?), fish and chips, and (of course) cake.

You can now check out photos from the party via our Facebook page, with just some of the best shared below.

Huge thanks to everyone who attended, and especially to sponsors Amiqus, Double Eleven, Sharkmob and Renaissance for making it all possible.

Elsewhere during the week, we hosted our 2022 Best Places To Work Awards for the UK, where we also debuted a special video put together with the help of prominent industry faces, which you can watch right here:

Thank you again to everyone who attended our anniversary party. Here's to another 20 years.
