HoYoverse opens new HQ in Singapore

MiHoYo's metaverse branch will welcome another "several hundreds employees" in its new office

Genshin Impact developer MiHoYo has opened a new office in Singapore.

This new location will serve as headquarters for its metaverse-related operations, HoYoverse, which was announced earlier this year.

The office will house "several hundred employees" across a 28,000-square-foot site, the announcement said (via South China Morning Post), and promote a flexible working model.

Singapore is HoYoverse's fifth office, after Montreal, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Seoul.

"Going forward, the Singapore office will serve as a key hub for HoYoverse's global distribution and operation efforts, working closely with other offices and providing technical support for game development," the announcement added.
