Take-Two issues statement of support for staff affected by Roe vs Wade reversal

Publisher also announces adoption of the Maven benefits platform to provide employees and their dependents more support

Today Take-Two released a statement of support for employees affected by the US Supreme Court's Roe vs Wade reversal.

As reported by Eurogamer, the Grand Theft Auto publisher's response comes nearly a month after the ruling.

In the company's post on LinkedIn it said that it's been working with benefit providers to so that employees and their dependents can have "the best possible care wherever they may live."

"We are expanding our travel and lodging benefits programs nationwide," the games firm explained.

"Additionally, we are proudly adopting the Maven benefits platform that provides critical support across fertility, pregnancy, adoption, parenting, and pediatrics."

After the Supreme Court overturned the right to abortion ruling, some game studios and organizations across the industry condemned the decision.

Whereas other companies such as Bethesda, have been criticized by employees over their lack of action following the reversal.
