The romance game maker will gain access to Dorian's partnerships, resources, and community teams.

Dorian, a games platform aimed at empowering women in games, enables users to create interactive visual games and monetize them, targeted primarily at writers.

With the new acquisition, the narrative platform will oversee Nix Hydra's Arcana and FictIF IPs.

In addition to the acquisition news, Nix Hydra's community manager Alex Danino and lead artist Gabriella Rossetti have joined Dorian.

This acquisition is one of the Dorian's most recent business expansions.

During March, it raised $14 million in Series A funding round and previously in 2020 it raised $3.25 million in seed funding.
