New VP Entertainment and Licensing for Halfbrick US

"We have yet to really tap into the full potential that Halfbrick has in these areas"

Fruit Ninja studio Halfbrick has named a new VP of entertainment and licensing in Sam White, who was previously CEO of The People's Republic of Animation (PRA).

Halfbrick acquired PRA in 2011 which back then was working with clients like Sony, Mitsubishi, Converse and making short films.

"Having Sam focus on building our entertainment and licensing business from LA is a big step towards the vision we both share for Halfbrick," said CEO Shainiel Deo.

"We have yet to really tap into the full potential that Halfbrick has in these areas and look forward to doing so."

Recently Halfbrick made public its intentions to become a a worldwide mobile publisher, starting with South Korean developer Enfeel.
